Florida's Unemployment Insurance Compensation Law
On August 8, 2003 the State of Florida has updated its Unemployment Insurance Notice informing employees of their rights under Florida's Unemployment Insurance Compensation Law.

  • Fair Employment Poster
    FLORIDA LAW PROHIBITS DISCRIMINATION in
    EMPLOYMENT ON THE BASIS OF RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN, DISABILITY, AGE OR MARITAL STATUS.
  • Unemployment Insurance Poster
    YOUR EMPLOYER is registered with the Department of Revenue as a liable employer under the Florida Unemployment Compensation Law and you, as employees, are covered by
