Florida's Unemployment Insurance Compensation Law

On August 8, 2003 the State of Florida has updated its Unemployment Insurance Notice informing employees of their rights under Florida's Unemployment Insurance Compensation Law. It details an employee's rights and responsibilities in an event that an employee becomes totally or partially unemployed through no fault of their own.

Florida's Workers Compensation Law

Effective September 9, 2003 the State of Florida created it's Workers' Compensation Posting Notice requiring employers to post their Workers' Compensation information such as their policy number, carrier, and contact information. The notice must be posted in an area where employees must frequent most so that they may be informed of their rights under Florida's Workers' Compensation Laws.
